CT Horrorfest exceeds Hartford for a horror celebration weekend Cinemax
Now in his second decade of fascinating fans of Connecticut horror and all neighboring states, CT Horrorfest has stormed the Connecticut Convention Center in Hartford on the weekend of September 20th-21st and did not disappoint. Following the May Convention in Stamford, the first time that the people of the Horrorfest organized a second show in a calendar year, CT Horrorfest has made sure to provide its greatest full spectacle with new fresh faces on the horror scene, legendary actors and well -known actresses of the genre and its devotees, and even certain surprises here and there. The long alleys of a wide range of horror sellers welcomed the participants when entering and offered everything, horror posters and vintage VHS bands, original illustrations and figures with toys and scented candles. There was even a “life -size” coral doll of four feet high and the hottest craze for the next holiday season, the mysterious Labu. The masses have also received food on the theme of first-rate horror with a station (bat) with a selection of asticot (Mac) and cheese dishes.
The impressive list of celebrities guests who honored CT Horrorfest seduced faithful fans with selfies and stories in Gogo. But this year, CT Horrorfest presented its inaugural “Connecticut Frights Film Festival”, featuring short horror films of new creative directors in the running for the first prize!
And another was unveiled at CT Horrorfest ……. A league belt awarded to the winners of the Saturday and Sunday costume competitions! This impressive piece of equipment was struggled with two cosplayers emerging victorious and claiming the rights to boast as a cosplayer of the world heavyweight champion of CT Horrorfest!
