Netflix Reveals Official Trailer for Del Toro’s ‘Frankenstein’ Cinemax
“If you won’t give me love, then I will give in to rage.”
Earlier today, Netflix revealed the highly anticipated trailer for Frankenstein. The preview, which can be seen below, beautifully shows off the gothic horror in this classic tale.
The film’s official synopsis reads: “Oscar-winning director Guillermo del Toro adapts the classic tale of Victor Frankenstein from Mary Shelley, a brilliant but selfish scientist who brings a creature to life in a monstrous experiment that ultimately leads to the doom of the creature and his monstrous creation.”
Written and directed by Guillermo del Toro, Frankenstein Stars Oscar Isaac, Jacob Elordi, Mia Goth, Christoph Waltz, Felix Kammerer, Lars Mikkelsen, David Bradley and Christian Convery.
The film had its world premiere in the main competition of the 82nd Venice International Film Festival on August 30, 2025.
